Frederic Kanoute, who is joint-top of the Liga scoring charts with 19 goals, is almost certain to start in Pamplona, but Luis Fabiano, Alexander Kerzhakov and Ernesto Chevanton are all pushing hard for a place alongside the Mali striker.
Luis Fabiano produced a sparkling second half performance to lead his side to a 4-1 win over Athletic Bilbao on Sunday, while the abrasive Kerzhakov and Chevanton weighed in with well taken goals as they crushed the Basques.
"It is important that all the strikers are in good form," said Brazil international Luis Fabiano. "All of us will have an important role to play in the run-in to the end of the season."
Just one point behind Barcelona in the league and with one foot in the final of the King's Cup after a 3-0 first leg win at Deportivo Coruna, the Andalucians are still in with a chance of a historic domestic and European treble.
But Ramos believes the euphoria at the Sanchez Pizjuan will not undermine his team's bid to become the first side since Real Madrid in 1986 to make a successful defence of their UEFA Cup crown.
"We are not prioritising any of the competitions, instead we are just trying to win every game that's left until the end of the season," he said after the Bilbao match.
"Right now we are focused on the UEFA Cup but after the Osasuna match we will be back preparing for the league."
Midfielder Christian Poulsen echoed Ramos's comments. "I'm not prepared to target one trophy in particular," said the Danish international. "I want to win them all. We know it will be difficult but we've got a good team and we'll be going for everything."
Osasuna, in contrast, will be hoping to salvage a mediocre domestic season by extending their run of success in Europe.
The Navarrans, who have made three previous UEFA Cup appearances but never got beyond the last 16, saw off Bayer Leverkusen 4-0 on aggregate in the quarters and are unbeaten at home in Europe this season.
And although Sevilla are favourites to go through, Osasuna have a good record against the Andalucians in knockout competitions, putting them out of the King's Cup at the quarter-final stage in both 2003 and 2005.
"Sevilla are a quality team, with strength in depth but we are not in awe of them," said defender Carlos Cuellar.
"We know that if we play well we can match them and cause Sevilla a scare. We're really up for this game and so are the fans."
Osasuna's only likely absentee is Iranian midfielder Javad Nekounam.
Sevilla midfielder Renato will miss out after straining an ankle against Bilbao, but goalkeeper Andres Palop and Adriano Correia are back in the squad for Thursday's clash.
Probable teams:
Osasuna: 13-Ricardo; 2-Jose Izquierdo, 7-Cesar Cruchaga, 5-Carlos Cuellar, 14-Josetxo or 19-Enrique Corrales; 11-Valdo or 12-Juanfran, 6-Raul Garcia, 10-Patxi Punal, 16-David Lopez; 18-Roberto Soldado, 9-Savo Milosevic.
Sevilla: 13-David Cobeno or 1-Andres Palop; 4-Daniel Alves, 2-Javi Navarro, 14-Julien Escude, 3-David Castedo; 15-Jesus Navas, 8-Christian Poulsen, 25-Enzo Maresca, 16-Antonio Puerta; 10-Luis Fabiano, 12-Frederic Kanoute.
