Alexander-Arnold to join Real before Club World Cup
Trent Alexander-Arnold is reportedly set to join Real Madrid before the start of the Club World Cup.
The defender's contract at Liverpool expires at the end of June, but he is expected to join up with Los Blancos before the start of this summer's tournament, which starts on June 14.
"Trent Alexander-Arnold is set to join Real Madrid from Liverpool for less than £1 million in time for the Club World Cup," reads the report in The Sun.
"As SunSport reported in December, Real want the defender to be available for their opening game of next month’s FIFA competition.
"And reports in Spain say Kop chiefs are prepared to let that happen for a token fee, while saving a month of the England star’s wages.
"His contract expires on June 30 but Real are keen on pushing through a move before then.
"Real are said to be willing to pay £850,000 to bring in TAA before the end of his deal, ahead of playing Saudi side Al-Hilal on June 18."
Antony could leave Man Utd for in excess of £40m
Antony could leave Manchester United for over £40m this summer, with Atletico Madrid said to be interested in his services.
The Brazil international has stood out for Real Betis since leaving The Devils on loan, scoring six goals and laying on four assists, and scored in the club's UEFA Conference League win over Fiorentina on Thursday.
An article in the Express reads: "Manchester United are increasingly hopeful of recouping up to £42.5m (€50m) for Antony this summer, providing a significant boost to Ruben Amorim's financial resources.
"Betis are under the impression that Antony is keen to extend his stay beyond the current season, with the winger said to have given his word. However, United are holding off on formal transfer discussions until the end of the season as both clubs are deeply involved in their respective European campaigns."

Villa turn to Aghehowa
Aston Villa could turn to Porto striker Samu Aghehowa if they fail to sign Marcus Rashford.
The Sun claims Unai Emery's side is "unlikely" to sign Rashford this summer, despite his impressive form since joining on loan in January.
That would mean they are in the market for a striker, and Aghehowa could be the answer.
"Aston Villa are stepping up their hunt for Porto striker Samu Aghehowa - as they look unlikely to trigger Marcus Rashford’s £40m buy-out option," reads the article.
"Villa sent a scout to Portugal on Friday for another look at Aghehowa, who scored twice in a 3-1 win over Moreirense.
"The Spain Under-21 international put Porto ahead in the second half with a coolly-taken penalty before taking his season’s tally to 24 goals with a tidy near-post finish to seal the points.
"Villa have been watching Aghehowa - formerly known as Samu Omorodion - since he joined Porto from Atletico Madrid last summer.
"The 20-year-old announced last November 2024 he wanted to be known by his maternal surname Aghehowa to honour his mother.
"Aghehowa was set to sign for Chelsea last summer after the Blues agreed a fee of around £35m."
