Rashford willing to take pay cut

Marcus Rashford is willing to reduce his salary if it means he is able to make a move to Barcelona.
The Mirror reports that he is willing to take a hit on his £300,000-a-week salary in order to facilitate a switch.
The paper writes: "Manchester United want-away Marcus Rashford is willing to take a pay cut in order to make his dream move to Barcelona a reality.
"Rashford, 27, is keen to join Barca before deadline day, despite interest from Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund and Napoli. But the 60-time England international's wages could be a stumbling block due to Barcelona's well-documented financial woes.
"Having signed a long-term contract at United in 2023, putting him on wages in excess of £300,000 per week, Rashford would be willing to re-negotiate his salary if the Red Devils can strike a loan deal with Barca."

United wait for Rashford and Garnacho offers

Manchester United are yet to find a home for Rashford, despite Barcelona’s interest, and Alejandro Garnacho remains in limbo.
The Argentine winger has been linked with Chelsea, but his club reportedly value him at £60 million.
The Sun states: "Rashford had hoped to join Barcelona but the La Liga club is unable to register new players because of their financial crisis.
"German outfit Borussia Dortmund were interested but have dropped out, refusing United’s demands of stumping up to pay all of Rashford’s £325,000-a-week wages.
"AC Milan have also decided against trying to sign him on loan.
"Amorim is refusing to budge on his current policy of leaving Rashford out of his plans while the United manager is also waiting to see if Chelsea will make a formal bid for winger Alejandro Garnacho.
"United want at least £60 million for the 20-year-old, who is open to a move to Stamford Bridge."

Atletico to rival Dortmund for Zinchenko

Arsenal defender Oleksandr Zinchenko has been a target for German side Borussia Dortmund, but they have competition.
The Daily Mail claims that the Ukrainian is also wanted by La Liga side Atletico Madrid.
The paper reports: "Arsenal left-back Oleksandr Zinchenko is a target for Atletico Madrid who have made an enquiry for the 28-year-old.
"Zinchenko joined The Gunners in 2022 from Manchester City, and was a major boost to Mikel Arteta's plans at the time, but has found himself falling down the packing order in recent times.
"The Ukrainian is now essentially the third-choice left back at the club, with Myles Lewis-Skelly jumping ahead of the 28-year-old in terms of selection in the position and Riccardo Calafiori also an option.
"The Gunners are looking to add to their squad during the January transfer window, particularly in attacking areas, but could also cut other players, and Zinchenko could be on his way out."

Choudhury set for Sheffield United loan

Leicester midfielder Hamza Choudhury is on the cusp of signing for Championship side Sheffield United.
The deal will give Sheffield United the chance to make the transfer permanent, according to The Athletic.
The website writes: "Leicester City midfielder Hamza Choudhury is set to join Sheffield United on loan.
"The deal will include an option to make the move permanent.
"The 27-year-old has two-and-a-half years left on his Leicester contract but has found game-time difficult to come by this campaign.
"Choudhury, who came through the academy at Leicester City, has made just four Premier League appearances this season and six in all competitions."
