Arsenal are reportedly willing to wait a few more weeks to sign Brazilian Rodrygo from Real Madrid, and they could sell winger Gabriel Martinelli to Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich. Elsewhere in the transfer market, Chelsea have begun negotiations for Paris Saint-Germain striker Randal Kolo Muani, who spent the second half of last season at Juventus.

Arsenal track Rodrygo
The Mirror believes that Arsenal may have to wait until later in the transfer window to sign Rodrygo from Real Madrid.
The Brazilian may be available for £70 million depending on the Spanish club’s view in the coming weeks.
The paper writes: "Arsenal may have to play a waiting game to land Real Madrid superstar Rodrygo. The Gunners are chasing an elite-level left-winger and the Brazil international is on their radar as an ambitious target for this summer.
"Real Madrid may be willing to allow Rodrygo to leave this summer - but would demand in excess of £70m, and his wage demands would make him one of Arsenal’s top earners. Arsenal sporting director Andrea Berta has had conversations with a raft of top clubs, agents and stars this summer and there is a belief that Real Madrid may be willing to do business.
"Rodrygo, 24, may also fancy a fresh challenge even though he currently makes up one of football’s most fearsome forward lines with Vinicius Junior and Kylian Mbappe.
"But Arsenal know that Real Madrid’s stance may soften as the transfer window drags on and if they have to offload or lower their demands then it is likely to be later in the window."
Bayern want Martinelli
Bayern Munich have identified Arsenal winger Gabriel Martinelli as a potential summer transfer window recruit.
After missing out on Florian Wirtz and seeing Leroy Sane move to Galatasaray, the Bundesliga champions need reinforcements.
The Evening Standard states: "The newly crowned German champions are looking to bolster their forward line after Leroy Sane joined Galatasaray as a free agent earlier this summer. They [returned] to the drawing board after being pipped to Florian Wirtz’s signature by Liverpool, and have named a star-studded list of targets.
"Martinelli, 24, is among their number. He joined The Gunners from third-tier Brazilian side Ituano for just £6 million in 2019 and has become a first-team regular under Mikel Arteta, scoring eight goals and assisting four in 33 Premier League appearances last season.
"Arsenal’s asking price for the player is not yet clear, though the Brazilian is not thought to be interested in leaving the club, with his contract not due to expire until 2027."
Everton set to land Tete
Everton will likely soon sign Fulham defender Kenny Tete when his contract ends in little over a week.
The Dutch defender joined Fulham in 2020 but now looks poised to move to Everton as David Moyes rebuilds.
The Athletic reports: "Everton have made progress over a deal to sign Fulham defender Kenny Tete on a free transfer.
"The 29-year-old is set to leave Craven Cottage when his contract expires at the end of this month.
"He played 22 times in the Premier League for Fulham last season.
"Tete joined Fulham from Lyon in September 2020 and went on to make 121 appearances for the west London club, scoring four goals and adding 10 assists."
Chelsea open talks for Kolo Muani
Chelsea are in negotiations to sign Paris Saint-Germain striker Randal Kolo Muani, despite signing Liam Delap earlier this month.
Kolo Muani was on loan at Juventus for the second half of last season, and seems set to leave the UEFA Champions League winners.
The Sun explains: "Chelsea have entered talks with Paris Saint-Germain to sign Randal Kolo Muani.
"The Blues are aiming to further bolster their front line, having already signed Liam Delap from Ipswich for £30 million.
"Kolo Muani, 26, is a France regular and cost PSG more than £70m in 2023.
"The forward's move to Paris hasn't worked out, however, and he spent the second half of last season on loan at Juventus."
