Neymar has become the latest big-name player to move to Saudi Arabia, joining Al-Hilal on a two-year deal.
The Brazilian was linked with a return to Barcelona, but has followed Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema, N’Golo Kante, Riyad Mahrez, and Jordan Henderson to the Saudi Pro League.
Neymar signed for PSG for a world-record fee of ÂŁ200m from Barcelona in 2017.
He joins Al-Hilal in a deal worth around ÂŁ77.6m plus add-ons.
Neymar enjoyed plenty of success at PSG after joining from Barcelona six years ago.
In 173 appearances he scored 118 goals and provided 77 assists, helping the club to five Ligue 1 titles and three Coupe de France trophies, although he failed to land the UEFA Champions League.
It was reported that he was not part of coach Luis Enrique's plans for the new season.
His time in Paris was also disrupted by several ankle injuries and he returned to training in July after undergoing surgery in March.
Kylian Mbappe, meanwhile, looks set to stay at PSG this season after being reintegrated back into the squad.
"It's always hard to say goodbye to a player as exceptional as Neymar, one of the best in the world." said PSG chairman and CEO Nasser Al-KhelaĂŻfi.
"I will never forget the day he arrived at Paris Saint-Germain and what he brought to our club and the project over the past six years.
"We have lived great moments and Neymar will always be part of our history. I want to thank Neymar and his family. We wish Neymar all the best for the future and his next adventure."
