The Turin giants are three points away from confirming their promotion back to Serie A, and Gigli confidently predicted they would not have to sell in order to make major summer signings.
"We will meet him at the end of the season to reach an agreement, but we have never intended to sell him. Our intention is to continue our relationship with Gigi next year, and I do not believe any offer will change that.
"Buffon is a fundamental player for Juve and other clubs will not deprive us of him even if they make a stunning offer.
"We have no need to sell our best players in the summer transfer market. We have the money to make top-class signings, and we will make them."
