Report: Juventus chase Arsenal's Mesut Ozil
ByFootballItalia
Juventus are seeking to sign Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil following their acquisition of Sami Khedira.
The Bianconeri have released Carlos Tevez and Andrea Pirlo, but reinforced in other areas with Mario Mandzukic, Paulo Dybala, Simone Zaza, Daniele Rugani and Khedira.
According to reports in Italy, the latest target on their radar is Arsenal’s Germany international Ozil.
The price-tag is around €40m, so a genuine offer would only be made if Juve were to sell one of their star midfielders.
Arturo Vidal is continually linked with Real Madrid and Arsenal, while Paul Pogba is wanted by Manchester City, PSG and Barcelona.
Khedira’s old Real Madrid team-mate Ozil only joined Arsenal in September 2013.
Last season he amassed five goals and nine assists in 32 competitive games for the Gunners.
