Emanuele Giaccherini set for Napoli medical - reports

Sunderland midfielder Emanuele Giaccherini is expected to take his Napoli medical tomorrow morning, according to reports.

The Italy international is set to join the Partenopei, with his agent confirming that there is a deal in place.

And Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla is reporting that the former Juventus man will have his medical at Villa Stuart in Rome on Friday at 11am local time.
