Udinese sack Cosmi

Udinese have sacked their coach Serse Cosmi and replaced him with Loris Dominissini, the Serie A side announced on its website on Friday. Udinese finished fourth in Serie A last year to qualify for the Champions League for the first time in its history.
But the Bianconeri looked a shadow of their former selves this season.
A 2-1 defeat to Reggina on Wednesday left them twelfth in the 20-team division with 26 points from 24 matches, just four points above the relegation zone.
Dominissini's most notable previous managerial achievement was at Como, who he took from Italy's third division to Serie A between 2000 and 2002 before being sacked less than three months into his first season in the top flight.
Cosmi is the ninth Serie A coach to lose his job this season.
