Paris Saint-Germain suffered a triple injury blow in their 2-1 UEFA Champions League defeat to Bayern Munich on Tuesday, with Ousmane Dembele, Achraf Hakimi and Nuno Mendes each sustaining issues.
Ballon d'or winner Dembele was one of the stars to limp off in their home defeat, in which they played the entire half with a numerical advantage following Luis Diaz's sending off.
It comes as a big blow to Luis Enrique's men, who sit top of Ligue 1, but have only won three of their last seven games across all competitions.
Dembele pulled up in the 25th minute with a calf injury at the Parc des Princes, and had to be replaced by Lee Kang-In.
By half-time, their problems had multiplied, as Achraf Hakimi damaged his left ankle when he was on the receiving end of Diaz's heavy tackle which earned the red card upon review. Hakimi appeared to leave the pitch in tears while being supported by his team-mates.
French outlet L'Equipe have reported that the Morocco international might miss around six weeks with the issue - which would rule him out of the UEFA Champions League clash against Tottenham Hotspur on November 26 - live on TNT Sports and discovery+.

If that was not enough of a blow for the French and European champions, left-back Nuno Mendes, who lasted the duration, sprained his knee.
All three players are expected to miss international duty with their respective countries.
In a statement, PSG confirmed: "Achraf Hakimi has severely sprained his left ankle, which will leave him unavailable for several weeks.
"Ousmane Dembele has picked up an injury to his left calf and will therefore remain on the treatment table for the next few weeks.
"Nuno Mendes has sprained his left knee and will also receive treatment over the next few weeks as a result."
The loss to Bayern means PSG's 100% start to their Champions League defence has come to an end.

They fell behind to a Diaz brace, and were unable to profit from the former Liverpool forward being sent off two minutes into first-half stoppage time.
They remain in a good position to qualify for the last 16 automatically, but Enrique will be concerned about the mounting injury crisis, which has also seen breakout star Desire Doue ruled out of their last two matches.
PSG said Doue is "continuing his rehabilitation work".
PSG's next six games
Domestically, there is a huge clash with Lyon on the horizon on Sunday, who are in sixth place but just four points behind Enrique's league leaders.
A league match against Le Havre follows the November international break, with the Champions League clash against Spurs just four days later.
Enrique will take his side to Monaco at the back end of the month, while matches against Rennes and Athletic Club make up the early weeks of December.
