Owen Hargreaves and Peter Crouch waxed lyrical about Bryan Mbeumo’s impact at Manchester United, after scoring in a 2-2 draw with Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday.
Mbeumo headed Ruben Amorim’s side in front against Spurs, in what was an enthralling Premier League game in north London.
Late goals from Mathys Tel and Richarlison looked to have turned the tide in favour of Thomas Frank's side, before Matthijs de Ligt salvaged a point for Ruben Amorim's men.
The TNT Sports punditry duo of Hargreaves and Crouch were keen to highlight the difference which Mbeumo has made for The Red Devils, as the club seek to re-establish themselves at the elite level of English football once again.
"I've been impressed with him for a number of years now," said Crouch on TNT Sports.
"He's a killer, a danger, and sharp with his touches. When he gets a chance, he invariably finishes. He's cold in front of goal, and he's been such a big addition to what Manchester United are trying to do this season."

'He reminds me a little bit of Mo Salah' - TNT Sports experts discuss Mbeumo's impact

Mohamed Salah has established himself as a Premier League great at Liverpool, and Hargreaves sees similarities between the Egyptian and Mbeumo.
"He reminds me a little of Mohamed Salah in and around the box," added Hargreaves.
"When he gets a clear picture of exactly what he wants, whether to finish near post or back post, he almost shows no emotion.
"It's just business in and around the box, and I love that. You can play to his feet, he can dribble.
"Technically, I don't think he gets enough credit. You talk about his goalscoring and rightly so, but he's an exceptional football player."

Hargreaves feels that Mbeumo is unfazed by the burden of playing for United and highlighted the threat which he poses alongside Matheus Cunha and Bruno Fernandes in the team.
"People have come to Manchester United, huge names, and struggled with the pressure," Hargreaves explained.
"With him and Cunha and Bruno, they've got two absolute belters in there to take this club forward."
Crouch echoed those sentiments and feels that the additions of Cunha and Mbeumo have helped ease the burden on Fernandes to produce a moment of magic.

'We have so much to grow' - Amorim says United should have won against Tottenham

"I think certainly with Bruno Fernandes' ability as well, there was a real frustration last year with what was in front of him," Crouch said.
"He kind of found himself trying to do things on his own, probably taking more shots from outside the box, but I think, certainly with Cunha, and Mbeumo, he's [Amorim] got players who are ready-made for the Premier League.

"They are players who have scored in the Premier League. They've proved that last season, and they're proving that again now."
This result extended United’s unbeaten run to five games, with The Red Devils seeking to move much closer to the European places this term.
Meanwhile, Spurs have won just one of their last four Premier League matches in what has been a patchy run of form for Frank’s side.
United return to action after the international break when they host Everton at Old Trafford on November 24, while Spurs have a north London derby away at Arsenal a day earlier.
