Myles Lewis-Skelly has signed a new long-term deal at Arsenal, keeping him at the club until 2030.
His previous contract was set to expire in 2026, but following talks with the Gunners in recent months, he has committed his future to the north London side.
It comes amid reported interest from Real Madrid, who were said to be lining up a move for the youngster next summer.
After signing his new deal, Lewis-Skelly told the Arsenal website: "I’m so proud and happy. I know those words are simple, but I think they sum up how I feel signing for this club. I’m a fan and it’s like a dream come true.
"I want a legacy. I want to win everything there is to win in the game. I want to win trophies on the biggest stages whilst being a person that's always learning and stays grounded, which is so important."
The 18-year-old enjoyed a breakthrough season during the 2024/25 campaign, making 39 appearances for Mikel Arteta's men in all competitions, having made his debut in the 2-2 draw against Manchester City in September.
Having joined Arsenal at the age of nine, Lewis-Skelly came through the academy as a midfielder, but has been used predominantly at left-back by Arteta.
After receiving his first call-up to the England senior squad in March, he became the youngest player to score on their Three Lions debut when he scored in the 2-0 win over Albania at Wembley.
His impressive campaign also earned him a nomination for the PFA Young Player of the Year award, with team-mate Ethan Nwaneri among the nominees.
