Chelsea left-back Ben Chilwell has moved on loan to Crystal Palace until the end of the season. The England international, who has 21 caps for his country, was frozen out of Enzo Maresca's plans at Stamford Bridge at the beginning of the campaign, and has not featured for The Blues in the Premier League this term. His only appearance came as a substitute in the 5-0 Carabao Cup win against Barrow.

Ben Chilwell has signed for Crystal Palace on a loan deal from Chelsea.
The England left-back moves to Selhurst Park until the end of the current campaign, having not featured for The Blues in the Premier League all season.
Chilwell, a ÂŁ50 million arrival at Stamford Bridge back in 2020, was frozen out by Enzo Maresca when the Italian took the reins from Mauricio Pochettino in west London, with the former Leicester City manager favouring Marc Cucurella and Renato Veiga - who himself has since been loaned out to Juventus.
Malo Gusto, a natural right full-back, would sometimes cover on the left ahead of Chilwell, whose only appearance of the season came as a half-time substitute in the 5-0 win over League Two side Barrow in the Carabao Cup.
Chilwell, who has 21 caps for England, moves south of the River Thames in search of regular game time, and he will compete with compatriot Tyrick Mitchell for the left wing-back berth in Oliver Glasner's 3-4-2-1 system.
"I'm very excited to be here," Chilwell said. "Crystal Palace are a club that's going in a great direction. You look at the last few months, with the results and how the team's playing, and it was a no-brainer to make the decision to come here."
Eagles chair Steve Parish said: "Ben has experience at the highest level of European and international football. I’m delighted that he has joined us on loan, and we believe he will prove to be a great addition to the squad."

Before his move to Chelsea, Chilwell came through the ranks at Leicester, featuring a handful of times during The Foxes' title-winning season, before making the left-back position his own in the 2017-18 campaign.
He made 123 appearances for the East Midlands outfit, scoring four goals and producing 11 assists, while he has featured 107 times for Chelsea, contributing nine goals and 12 assists.
