'Eric Bailly doesn't know if he's in New York or New Year'

Eric Bailly produced a wretched display as Manchester United slumped to a 3-2 defeat at Brighton, a loss that piled the pressure on manager Jose Mourinho.
An error-strewn Bailly was all over the place at the back with Brighton 3-1 ahead at the break in the Premier League before Paul Pogba scored a consolation penalty deep into added time in the second-half.
After a summer that saw Mourinho fail to land a new central defender, Bailly was widely berated for his contribution to United's shock demise at the seaside.
Sky Sports pundit Graeme Souness summed up the mood on social media after claiming Bailly didn't know if "he was in New York or New Year".
