Sunderland v Arsenal: Defoe penalty sets up grandstand finish
Arsenal face the prospect of dropping points against Sunderland after Jermain Defoe's second-half penalty made it 1-1 in their Premier League match at the Stadium of Light.
Alexis Sanchez broke the deadlock with a fine header, but despite their dominance Arsenal failed to add to the lead.
Sunderland made them pay when Petr Cech took out Duncan Watmore, and Defoe coolly placed the penalty into the right corner of the net.
