Cesc Fabregas makes 300th Premier League appearance as Chelsea face Swansea

Cesc Fabregas has been handed a starting berth in Antonio Conte's Chelsea side to take on Swansea City with the Spaniard to make his 300th Premier League appearance.

Fabregas becomes the first Spanish player to reach the impressive landmark, having made his Premier League debut for Arsenal in the 2004-05 season.

The midfielder returns to the Chelsea midfield at the expense of Nemanja Matic in the one change made by Conte from the team that drew 1-1 at Burnley on February 12.

Meanwhile, Swansea also make one change from the team that beat Leicester 2-0 as Wayne Routledge returns to replace Nathan Dyer in the midfield.
