FULL TIME - STOKE 2-1 BOURNEMOUTH: Stoke have done it! They have their first win of the season thanks to Mame Diouf's late header. A far from impressive showing after a good first half they stood off in the second and the win is slightly fortuitous after Bournemouth dominated the second period.

Big chance for Stoke to finish it off on the break but Afellay's shot is screwed hopelessly wide of the far post.

Matt Ritchie lets fly from fully 50 yards on the left-hand touchline and Butland realises he's in trouble as the ball loops in and just floats wide of the far post.

SAVE! Jack Butland makes an excellent one-handed save to deny Glenn Murray a second equaliser.

Cruel blow for Bournemouth after such a good second half showing. Stoke have not deserved that second goal.

GOAL! Stoke re-take the lead against the run of play, a fabulous counter-attack finished by a Mame Diouf header. Glen Johnson's whips a lovely cross into the six yard box and Diouf stoops to give the home side the lead with seven minutes to go.

Gosling's shot from 20 yards out is very well saved by Butland, Stoke hanging on.

Bournemouth are sensing Stoke's vulnerabilities and are going for it now. Mark Hughes' men sitting back and letting the opposition play.

Deserved for Bournemouth, Stoke have sat back in this second half they've looked a side who have forgotten how to win in the Premier League.

GOAL! Dan Gosling fires Bournemouth level as his right foot shot squeezes into the bottom corner past Butland, who gets a glove to it but it's not enough. Pugh's effort outside the box is blocked and the loose ball is fired goalbound by Gosling and it deflects away from the 'keeper.

Lee Tomlin makes way for Bournemouth and Joshua King enters.

Not a lot of quality in the game, Stoke clearly out of form and scrapping for the win while Bournemouth show a lot of endeavour if nothing else.

Bournemouth much the better but they're lacking in guile and creativity when it really matters most.

Mame Diouf is coming on and Bojan comes off. He's looked lively but still working his way back to full fitness.

Lively second half so far but little goalmouth action. A lot of energy and industry between both boxes.

Bournemouth keeping the ball well and looking the better side in this second half but Stoke look dangerous on the break. Adam charges forward and delivers a teasing cross but there's no one in the six yard box.

Quiet start to the second half with both teams looking to work the opposition out.
