Rumours surfaced on Friday morning that Guardiola was being considered as a successor to Roy Hodgson, while he has also been heavily linked with a switch to Manchester City.
However, he was in no mood to entertain questions on international management during his press conference ahead of the trip to Mainz on Saturday.
"Oh come on, I'm coach of Bayern Munich. Many thanks and auf wiedersehen," he said, before leaving his seat and walking away.
He had earlier swerved questions about his future, responding “next question please” when pressed about the subject.
Hodgson’s contract with England expires after Euro 2016.
Bayern chief Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has already intimated that Guardiola will be tied down a new deal soon.
The German giants have won successive Bundesliga titles under the 44-year-old and sit top of the Bundesliga this season with a maximum 18 points from six games.
