FC Halifax Town lift FA Trophy for second time after victory over Gateshead

An opportunistic first-half goal from Jamie Cooke was all that FC Halifax Town needed to defeat Gateshead and claim the FA Trophy - the second time they have lifted the trophy since their formation as a phoenix club in 2008.
