The chief of Paris’ police force placed the order preventing the sale and consumption of alcoholic drinks in and around the club’s stadium for five hours before and 90 minutes after matches between August 2010 and May 2011.
There will be two specific perimeter boundaries for the stadium, one for the sale of alcohol and the other for the consumption of drinks.
The ban will cover a large part of Paris’s 16th ‘arrondissement’, the area between Porte de Saint-Cloud and Porte d’Auteil.
It will be solely limited to match-days, a latter issued by the police added.
PSG have been troubled by violence between their own supporters at home and away matches, with one fan dying - allegedly at the hands of his own team's fans - last season.
