The original fixture was cancelled at the start of January because of a frozen pitch and is to be played alongside the remaining last-32 programme, with the Lyon or Concarneau match with Marseille scheduled for Wednesday January 28.
Les Gones will be without midfielders Ederson, Juninho and Kim Kallstrom.
"Ederson is still in bed. He is out for Saturday as are Kallstrom, who is suffering from a foot injury, and Juninho, who still has rib pains," coach Claude Puel told the Ligue 1 leaders' website.
Guingamp qualified for the last 16 with a 2-0, extra-time win over Brest in midweek.
On Friday night, there are two cup matches, an all-Ligue 2 match between Ajaccio and Vannes - who are in the Coupe de la Ligue semis – and Lille's visit to Dunkerque.
On Sunday, Monaco host Coupe de la Ligue semi-finalists Nice in a South Coast derby.
Monaco are without a win since the end of November.
Le Havre host Le Mans while the other Ligue 1 clash sees struggling St Etienne travel to high-flying Rennes .
"It will be a very difficult game against a team who are really in form," said St Etienne goalkeeper Jeremie Janot.
"But the cup is different to the championship. In a one-off match, it's the side who want it most - who have more determination - that will go through."
There are eight other cup matches this weekend.
Toulouse travel to seventh-division outsiders Schirrhein , who beat Ligue 2 side Clermont in the last 64.
The match will be played in front of a sell-out crowd of 6,000, with one eight-euro ticket sold on the internet for 741 euros, according to the club website.
Lorient, meanwhile, host the recently-promoted Ligue 2 side from historic university town Tours while Caen visit Boulogne-sur-Mer.
Amateur club Grande-Synthe entertain Grenoble and Paris St-Germain go to GFCO Ajaccio, the non-league side from the Corsican city.
