A section of the Boulogne stand - where infamous hooligan group "the Boulogne boys" are mostly seated - will be closed for the match against Toulouse.
"Access to the lower part of the stand of the Boulogne Kop will not be granted on Sunday and it will remain closed even for season ticket holders until further notice," Paris police chief Pierre Mutz said.
"It will affect about 2,000 fans," he added.
Julien Quemener, 25, was killed when a plainclothes policemen opened fire after coming under attack by a mob of around 150 supporters while protecting a supporter of Hapoel.
It is believed the group were far-right hooligans chanting anti-semitic and racist slogans. They had chased the policeman and supporter into a fast food restaurant, whereupon the officer released a tear gas canister which failed to dispel the mob.
The Boulogne boys, of whom a hardcore of around 300 are known to police, have a reputation for extreme and often racist violence and have clashed with other PSG supporters before as well as those of rival clubs.
Around 2000 police officers are expected to be present for the match this weekend, which has been classified as high-risk.
