Neymar ‘90%’ to leave Barcelona
Barcelona forward Neymar is almost certain to leave the club, with his chances of staying in Spain as little as 10 per cent, according to a source close to the player.
The Brazilian has been heavily linked with a move away from the Catalan club in recent weeks, with Paris Saint-Germain reportedly prepared to meet his buyout clause, which is a staggering £195 million.
Sky Sports News claim that Neymar has decided to leave Spain after becoming annoyed at “playing second fiddle” to Lionel Messi.
A source close to the 25-year-old said: “Only a miracle will keep him, he really has made up his mind to leave.
"At the age of 25, he thinks it's his time to win the Ballon d'Or," the source added.
"He believes he can be the best player in the world at another big club."
Reports in Spain suggest that Barcelona’s fans are frustrated at his refusal to speak out on the current situation, with a poll organised by Barcelona-based newspaper Sport revealing that a large percentage of supporters who voted want the Brazilian to leave.
