Martin Odegaard needs to grow up and become a man if he is to succeed at Real Madrid, claims Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Odegaard was the best player on the park as Norway and Sweden drew 0-0 in an Oslo friendly, and has recently said that he was ready for pre-season with Real Madrid first team and 'great coach' Rafa Benitez.
However, after the Sweden-Norway friendly, Zlatan Ibrahimovic had some words of advice to expedite his rise to the first team.
"It's not easy to say, but he has a father that controls everything completely - first he must grow up and become a man and then get rid of his father," said Ibra.
The Swede did also heavily praise his young Norwegian counter-part.
"He did well, played straightforwardly and didn't lose many balls. He has a long time to get even better. It's good that he's already playing for his country", Ibrahimovic said to Swedish newspaper, Aftonbladet.
Odegaard has endured a tumultuous season since his move to Madrid.
The 16-year-old, reportedly on as much as £80,000-per-week, had struggled to make an impression for Castilla, Real Madrid’s B-team, following his much-publicised move from Stromsgodset.
Reports emerged in April that Zinedine Zidane had dropped him and AS refused to give him a rating after a poor performance against Tudelano.
