The world's most expensive footballer, Cristiano Ronaldo, has revealed that he could play in the Russian league at some point in his career.

The Portuguese superstar still has over three years of his six-year contract at Real Madrid following his £80million from Manchester United in 2009.
And although the Russian league is not considered as one of Europe's finest, it is slowly growing in reputation and stature thanks to some wealthy benefactors.
It is also attracting some of the biggest names in football. Just last month Samuel Eto'o made his move from Inter Milan to Anzhi Makhachkala for a reported £21.8m.
His contract is believed to be worth a huge £17.9m per year after tax.
After being quizzed by Russian reporters, Ronaldo refused to rule out a possible move in the future.
He said: "Do you ask if I want to play in Russia when I'm over 30 ? Why not? I know that Russian football and the league gets stronger. I don't have anything against it to play in your country.
"In football you never know what happens to you the next day, so no-one should be surprised if I one day move to Russia.
"But apart from this I'm very satisfied with Real at the moment."
