The Colombian international defender was involved in the incident during Saturday's Madrid derby which Real won 3-0.
"I'm going to spare no effort to be ready for that game, " Ronaldo told reporters after returning to his native Brazil for a few days. "If I have to spend all night receiving treatment, then I'm prepared to lose my sleep."
Ronaldo, who is on crutches, suffered a partial ligament tear during Saturday's game in which he scored twice.
The injury, which has interrupted an excellent start to the season for Ronaldo, happened when Perea tried to stop him scoring Real's third goal.
"I didn't see any intention to hurt me," Ronaldo said. "He was acting more out of desperation because he saw that I was about to score."
Dismissing media reports that the injury was more serious, he said: "The only injury I have is the one which Real Madrid have announced, nothing more. It's going to take one month to recover, maybe less."
