A double from young Manchester City forward Georgia Stanway sealed a 2-1 win for Mo Marley's team over the Netherlands in their quarter-final in Vannes on Friday having trailed early on.
England face Japan - 3-1 quarter-final winners against Germany - in the last four in Vannes, and you can watch the game from 2:45pm on Eurosport 1 with the kick-off at 3pm (BST).
The second-semi-final between France and Spain is live on Eurosport from 6:15pm.
Stanway is the joint-top scorer at the finals with five goals.
"That honestly isn’t important to me. I’m happy about it, of course I am, but it’s the team’s performances that stand out, both in this match and the tournament as a whole," said Stanway.
The only reason I’m scoring is because the team’s setting me up perfectly.
England's Lionesses have produced some outstanding form to leave themselves one win short of the final having enjoyed a 3-1 win over defending champions North Korea, a 1-1 draw with Brazil and 6-1 thrashing of Mexico to top their Group B qualifying section.
It is already their best run at an U20 World Cup after reaching the last eight in 2002 and 2008.
They are top scorers at this tournament with 12 goals, and are bidding to emulate the achievement of the men's youth teams who won the World Cup at U17 and U20 level a year ago.
“We felt we underachieved in the European Championships last year, and that’s no disrespect to anybody else that was there," said coach Marley, who lost to the Netherlands and France in the first round of qualifying at the Euros.
So to the approach to this tournament was we were just going to attack the tournament and express ourselves and do everything we can to try and get the result. It’s more about us being positive and having fun. As I keep reinforcing, they’re just enjoying the journey.
