Chelsea, who defeated Manchester City 5-1 at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon, were rewarded for their success with a last-eight meeting against the Toffees - who were the victims in the final when Guus Hiddink was last in charge of the Blues, back in 2009.
"A long time ago," Hiddink, who is yet to lose an FA Cup match in his career, said of that meeting.
"Of course Everton at their home is difficult, but we hope to get to the next stage."

Elsewhere, holders Arsenal will host Watford at the Emirates Stadium if they overcome Hull City in their fifth round replay, while the winner of Monday's clash between Shrewsbury and Manchester United will host West Ham.
The Hammers were another emphatic winner on Sunday, as they beat Blackburn Rovers 5-1 at Ewood Park.
The final tie of the sixth round sees Championship side Reading host Crystal Palace, after Palace beat Tottenham 1-0 on Sunday afternoon.
