Rovers' clash is one of two ties to fall foul of the weather on Sunday, with Leyton Orient's game at Gloucester also called off.

A statement on Tranmere's website confirmed that a pitch inspection had taken place at the Amlin Stadium at 11am, with the playing surface deemed unplayable.

New dates for the rearranged games are yet to be announced.
