More than five million viewers watched Tottenham beat Manchester United in Wednesday's UEFA Europa League final on TNT Sports.
There was a 26% peak audience share, as more than a quarter of all television viewers in the UK tuned in to watch the action.
TNT Sports was the No. 1 ranked television channel during the match in Bilbao.
The game between the two famous English clubs was the best performing on the discovery+ platform ever. Audiences almost trebled - a huge 294% rise - compared with last year's Europa League final between Atalanta and Bayer Leverkusen.
The game reached 267% more viewers than the 2024 final, while there was a double-digit increase in television reach compared to the last two Europa League finals involving British teams - Manchester United against Villarreal in 2021 and before that, Chelsea against Arsenal in 2019.
Brennan Johnson scored the only goal of the game in the Basque Country, as Spurs won 1-0 to claim their first trophy for 17 years and their first piece of European silverware since they won the UEFA Cup in 1984.

It was a defining success for their manager Ange Postecoglou, on a memorable night for the north London club.
But it was an evening of bitter disappointment for Ruben Amorim's United, who will end the season without a trophy and no European football next season, as well as recording their lowest finish in the top flight for more than half a century.
