'On fire' Tomas Soucek lauded by Joe Cole and Carlton Cole as West Ham midfielder scores late winner in Europa League

Tomas Soucek has scored in three games in a row for West Ham for the first time in his career after netting the decisive goal for The Hammers in their 1-0 win over TSC Backa Topola in the UEFA Europa League. All three of the goals have been match winners. Carlton Cole and Joe Cole have praised the Czech Republic international for his recent performances and says he shows up in key moments.

Carlton Cole and Joe Cole both heaped praise on match-winner Tomas Soucek after he scored the decisive goal in West Ham's 1-0 win over TSC Backa Topola in the UEFA Europa League.
Soucek scored in the 89th-minute with a close-range volley. The Czech Republic international has scored in each of his last five matches for club and country, including a 90th-minute winner for The Hammers in their 2-1 win over Burnley in the Premier League on Saturday.
Carlton Cole says Soucek is a player "who turns up in big games".
"He is the man with the masterplan," he told TNT Sports.
"He turns up in big games, he turned up when the chips are down.
"He knows exactly where he needs to go, how to get into the places where you are most likely to score."

Joe Cole agreed with his fellow pundit that Soucek is a player who "turns up in big moments".
"He's just a player playing to his attributes," he said.
"He's a runner and he's a very good finisher. That ball has come across his body, he's had to hit it on stride with the outside of his boot and get some force on it. He's a good finisher and he's on fire.
"He's one of those players who turns up in big moments. when you're going out for a big game of football and the chips are going to be down you can rely on him for all the important moments."
Joe Cole criticised West Ham's display at half-time when the game was goalless, saying the Premier League club were "dross, appalling, not tight enough".
But after the game, Cole credited the players for still producing the win even though they were not playing at their best.
"It wasn't vintage," he added.
"When you win a competition like they have with this group of players and you are playing in this competition on a Thursday night it's belief.
"They didn't play well and you have to win games when you don't play well. That goes for everyone. That goes for Man City and the Bayern Munich's.
"They are threatening on set-pieces and they've got players with quality who can open you up."
