A fine counter-attacking goal from Marcus Rashford saw England beat Italy 3-1 at Wembley on Tuesday in a repeat of the Euro 2020 final that heaped pressure on the visitors. England are now guaranteed a spot at Euro 2024 next summer in Germany but Italy are now at a real risk of not qualifying directly with a win for Ukraine. Italy are, though, assured of a play-off spot.
