Full-time: It's all over and with this result Czech Republic go top of Group D with four points ahead of England's showdown with Scotland later tonight.
Yellow card! Croatia are going to have one final chance after Hlozek concedes a free-kick in a wide position and earns himself a booking for a foul on Petkovic... but it comes to nothing, and that should be that.

A. Hložek
Czech Republic deal with not one but two Modric corners. And there's going to be THREE minutes of added-time to play at the end of this Group D encounter.
Kalas stays close to Petkovic and blocks his shot - at the expense of a corner. Concentration is key now if Czech Republic are to hold on for the draw.
Croatia sub: Marcelo Brozovic comes on for Kovacic.

Perisic shows too much of the ball to Coufal as another Croatian attack breaks down. We're into the last five minutes...
The resulting free-kick is disappointing to say the least, as Modric curls a harmless cross into the box and Czech Republic comfortably clear. Seven left here, plus whatever is added on.
Free-kick and yellow card! Boril has his name taken for a cynical foul to stop Petkovic who was leading a Croatian counter-attack. Czech Republic have a free-kick 30 yards out.
Yellow card
J. Boril
After a burst in the match for 15 minutes after the restart, the tempo of the game has really dropped off. Is there going to be a winner?
Over! Hlozek snaps a first-time shot over the bar after Croatia failed to deal with a cross from the right. That's another half chance for the Czech Republic.
Double Czech Republic sub: Michael Krmencik and Petr Sevcik come on for the competition's top goalscorer Schick and Jankto.

Close! It's a chance for Croatia as Vlasic holds off his marker and gets a shot away from inside the penalty area but it's just a whisker over the bar.
Gvardiol is available on the overlap and as he receives it, his only thought is to deliver a cross. But Celustka is well positioned and makes the intervention.
Twenty minutes to find a winner...
A draw doesn't really suit either side, to be honest. It would leave Czech Republic on four points and Croatia on one, but Dalic's side would fancy themselves to beat Scotland on Tuesday night, while England will be firm favourites to beat Czech Republic in the final group game.
Darida's delivery is watched all the way by Livakovic, who comfortably catches the ball.
After a spell of pressure from Croatia, Czech Republic have settled back into the contest and they're enjoying another spell, as they win another corner from the substitute Kral, whose cross is blocked by Modric.
Double Czech Republic sub: Alex Kral and Adam Hlozek replace Holes and Masopust.
