Arne Slot has signed a new contract at Feyenoord to keep him at the club until 2026. Slot was linked to the Tottenham managerial role, but the Dutchman has decided to remain with the Eredivisie club where he won the domestic title this season. Slot says he is looking forward to "continue building" at Feyenoord, with the club to play in the Champions League group stages next season.

Arne Slot has signed a new contract at Feyenoord, keeping him at the club until 2026.
Slot has been heavily linked to the Tottenham head coach role, but he has shut the door on a move to north London by agreeing a new contract with the Eredivisie club.
Dutchman Slot, 44, joined Feyenoord in 2021 and led them to a Europa Conference League final in 2022. This season he led Feyenoord to the Eredivisie title.
"I'm not done here yet," Slot said.
“We have had a wonderful season with Feyenoord, with the championship as a wonderful reward for all the hard work that has been put in, but I really want to continue building.
"After the summer, an adventure awaits in the Champions League and there is a national title to defend.
"Enough to look forward to, so I am proud to be and remain Feyenoord's trainer in Rotterdam."
On Thursday, Slot had already intimated he would be rejecting advances from other clubs.
“I have heard a lot about the interest of other clubs in me,” Slot said, as reported by AD.
“I am grateful for the appreciation that this expresses, but my wish is to stay with Feyenoord and continue to build on the foundations that have been laid over the past two seasons."

Tottenham have been on the hunt for a permanent boss since Antonio Conte left in March.
His replacement, interim boss Cristian Stellini, lasted only a month before being dismissed. Ryan Mason is leading the club until the end of the season.
Luis Enrique, Julian Nagelsmann and Mauricio Pochettino are among the other names to have been linked with the job, but Spurs appear no closer to finding their new man.
Tottenham have limped towards the finish line in the 2022-23 season, winning once in their last seven Premier League outings, a run that has seen them tumble out of the European positions.
