"Yes we need to score goals and that has been a problem", admitted the Bordeaux striker.
"However, what happens in our match is irrelevant it is what happens in the other clash... our fate is out of our hands."
New Morocco boss Mohamed Fakhir is "looking forward to our next match against Libya. We'll try and win and wait to see if we can qualify."
Morocco have arguably played some good football and, while they were lucky to hold on for the draw against Egypt midweek, can count themselves unfortunate to have lost to the Ivory Coast.
The problem for Morocco lies in the fact that the Ivorians have already qualified - with nothing to lose they will rest key players confident that even coming second in thr group will see them face Cameroon, a challenge they are keen to meet head-on before the World Cup.
Libya are consigned to an early exit, but are keen to beat Morocco and come third in a tough group in only their second African Nations appearance.
"I'm not disappointed at our early elimination from the tournament because it's been a long time since we took part in the Nations Cup", said Libya captain Tarek El Taib.
"It's good for us to have such an experience and we are now looking forward to playing our last match against Morocco."
