Doomed Dundee United defeat Inverness Caledonian Thistle
Relegated Dundee United beat Inverness Caledonian Thistle 3-2 at the Caledonian Stadium.
United were without their recently sacked manager Mixu Paatelainen, who left the club on Wednesday.
They were put ahead by a long-range shot from Simon Murray, and Murray got the second just before the end of the first half.
Edward Ofere scored the third, and it looked set to be a rare comfortable win for Dundee United.
However, Jordan Roberts and Liam Polworth scored to reduce the deficit, and Callum Morris' red card made things tense, but United held on for their seventh league win of the season.
