Espanyol will play Real Zaragoza in the Copa del Rey final next month after a goalless draw at Deportivo La Coruna on Wednesday took them through 2-1 on aggregate.

The three-times Cup winners, who last lifted the trophy in 2000, sat back and frustrated Depor in the Riazor and were rarely troubled despite the home side dominating possession.

The Catalans had fought back in the first leg with second half goals from Luis Garcia and Walter Pandiani after Ruben Castro had given Depor a fourth minute lead.

The final will be played in the Bernabeu on April 12.
