Rotherham have signed defender Danny Collins on a free transfer from Nottingham Forest.
The 34-year-old becomes the Millers' second signing this week, following the arrival of Emmanuel Ledesma, after he was released by Forest earlier this summer.
"The opportunity to sign Danny came up after I became aware that he'd been in negotiations with two other Championship clubs and we met up with him and had a chat," said Millers boss Steve Evans.
"His references were impeccable in terms of his fitness, hunger and desire it all shone like a beacon of light in the ocean and that attracted me to him."
Collins has also played for Sunderland, Stoke, Ipswich and West Ham and has 12 caps for Wales.
