Another exciting season of European football is upon us, and fans from across the continent won't have to wait much longer to watch the best sides go head-to-head.
Giants like Liverpool, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich will all return to the UEFA Champions League this season, while Paris Saint-Germain will be hoping to defend their crown.
Three months ago, the French champions won Europe's elite competition for the first time in their history with a 5-0 thrashing of Internazionale in Munich.
However, this season’s competition is already up and running with Qarabag, Copenhagen, Club Brugge, Benfica, Pafos, Bodo/Glimt and Kairat Almaty all qualifying for the main stage.
The draw for the 36-team league phase has thrown up some blockbuster clashes including Liverpool taking on Real Madrid and Chelsea playing Barcelona.
Here are all the key dates and fixtures you need to know to keep up with all the action.

Who are the Premier League teams playing?

Both Liverpool and Manchester City have been drawn against Real Madrid in the league phase, which means Trent Alexander-Arnold will return to Anfield to take on his former club. Liverpool will play Real on 4 November 2025, while City play the Spaniards on 10 December 2025.
Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur will both play holders Paris Saint-Germain during their campaign, while the Magpies will join Chelsea in going up against Barcelona. Newcastle travel to PSG on 28 January next year for their final league match, and Spurs meet them away on 26 November later this year.
Arsenal are also scheduled to face European giants, with matches confirmed against Bayern Munich (26 November at home) and Internazionale (20 January 2026 in Italy).
