Real meanwhile clinched a hard-fought win over Mallorca to keep their grip on the La Liga title and did so without any injury problems as Carlo Ancelotti rotated heavily, starting all of Vinicius Junior, Rodrygo, Eduardo Camavinga, Dani Carvajal and Toni Kroos on the bench for the La Liga clash.
The reigning champions stand in the way of Ancelotti's side claiming what would be a record-extending 15th Champions League crown. There will also be an element of revenge for Real, having been beaten 4-0 in last year's semi-final second leg by Guardiola's side.
