Spurs know that a win against the Spanish giants will be enough to see them through to the knockout stages and have named an attacking line-up.
Christian Eriksen, Dele Alli and Heung-Min Son all start behind Harry Kane, but there's no place in midfield for Eric Dier.
There will be a big test for young right-back Kyle Walker-Peters, who starts in the absence of the injured Kieran Trippier and Serge Aurier.
Barcelona left everyone guessing about how strong their starting XI would be for the match, with top spot in the group already confirmed. And they duly dropped Lionel Messi to the bench as part of a weakened team selection.
However, with Ousmane Dembele, Philippe Coutinho and Ivan Rakitic all starting there is still plenty of attacking threat on show for Barca.

Full Line-Ups

Barcelona XI: Cillessen, Lenglet, Vermaelen, Semedo, Alena, Miranda, Arthur, Rakitic, Munir, Coutinho, Dembele
Tottenham XI: Lloris (C), Walker-Peters, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Rose, Winks, Sissoko, Eriksen, Dele, Son, Kane.
