Lionel Messi left out of Barca squad, Pogba captains Man Ud
Paul Pogba captains Manchester United against FC Basel whilst Lionel Messi has been left out of Barcelona’s team to face Juventus.
Barcelona’s passage to the next round is secure but Messi’s exclusion is still a surprise. It means that Paulinho pushes further forward with Gerard Deulofeu on the other side of Luis Suarez.
Messi is not injured but a draw will see Barcelona top the group and the Catalans are due to face La Liga surprise package Valencia on the weekend.
