Police called to Diego Maradona’s hotel following alleged altercation

Police were called to Diego Maradona’s hotel in Madrid on Wednesday after the former footballer allegedly had an altercation with a woman thought to be his partner, Rocio Oliva, according to reports.
AS report that the manager of the Hotel Mirasierra Suites - the hotel in the north of the Spanish capital where the former Barcelona and Sevilla star is staying - called the authorities to report the incident, with officers arriving at the scene at 8.20am CET.
The former Napoli star, who is currently in Spain to watch former club Napoli take on Real Madrid at the Bernabeu, was questioned by the police but it is reported by Cadena Ser that the woman did not file an official complaint.
