WSL: Chelsea complete unbeaten season, Arsenal edge seven-goal thriller against Manchester United

Chelsea secured the first-ever 22-game Women's Super League unbeaten season with a dramatic 1-0 victory over Liverpool courtesy of an Agnes Beever-Jones strike. The Blues had already wrapped up the title. There were also impressive wins for Arsenal in a seven-goal thriller with Manchester United, while Manchester City, Aston Villa and Leicester City all won on an exciting final day of the season.

Chelsea became the first side to go a 22-game Women's Super League season unbeaten after scoring a stoppage-time winner in a 1-0 victory against Liverpool.
Aggie Beever-Jones scored in the first minute of additional time to help The Blues finish the campaign with 19 wins and three draws.
The defeat means Liverpool finished the season in seventh.

Arsenal edge seven-goal thriller

Arsenal survived a late scare to beat Manchester United 4-3 at Emirates Stadium and claim second place in the WSL.
Chloe Kelly and Ella Toone traded goals during an exciting start to the match, but then The Gunners stormed into a 4-1 lead thanks to goals from Mariona Caldentey, Frida Maanum, and Kim Little.
However, the hosts were made to sweat after Elisabeth Terland's goal and Maya le Tissier's penalty.
Arsenal held on to secure second place, with The Red Devils finishing in third.

Man City win but miss out on the top three

Manchester City battled back from a goal down twice before going on to beat Championship-bound Crystal Palace 5-2 at Joie Stadium.
Ashleigh Weerden gave the visitors an early lead, but Kerolin got City back on level terms shortly after.
Mille Gejl restored Palace's lead, but a Rebecca Knaak double, Kerolin's second and a goal from Jill Roord secured a 5-2 win for City.

Villa finish on a high

Aston Villa recorded their fifth WSL win in a row as they stormed to a convincing 3-0 victory over Brighton & Hove Albion.
Ebony Salmon gave her side the lead in the 5th minute, and it was 2-0 before the break when Rachel Daly found the back of the net.
Villa added a third to wrap up the win after half-time when Maz Pacheco found the top left corner.

Foxes beat West Ham

Leicester City held firm to beat West Ham 4-2 and finish the season in 10th place.
Janice Cayman and Hannah Cain gave The Foxes a 2-0 lead, but Viviane Asseyi scored to keep her side in the contest.
Cain restored Leicester's two-goal advantage, but Asseyi's second put the hosts on edge before Sam Tierney wrapped up the win with a fourth.

Spurs and Everton draw

Drew Spence's equaliser helped Tottenham draw 1-1 with Everton at Walton Hall Park.
Veatriki Sarri gave The Toffees the lead in the 11th minute, but Spence got her side back on level terms before the break.
The result means Spurs finish second from bottom while Everton end the campaign in eighth.
