Symons ends India's cup

Ian Symons' late goal gave South Africa a 1-1 Pool B draw and semi final hope to send India home from the World Cup in Monchengladbach. Symons guided a low flick under Adrian D'Souza with six minutes left to leave his side mathematically in with a chance

Ignace Tirkey's 14th-minute goal from the top of the circle looked like being the difference as India looked to improve on two 3-2 defeats so far.
