The TNT Sports Cycling Challenge is back - and this time there are signed jerseys up for grabs as you build your dream team for La Vuelta. Tadej Pogacar is surely a lock in your team, but who else gets the nod?

After making its debut at the Tour de France, the TNT Sports Cycling Challenge is back for another Grand Tour - and there is now even more reason to play.
Our cycling game is heading to the 2026 La Vuelta, giving you the chance to put your cycling knowledge to the test, take on your friends and compete for a spot at the top of the leaderboard.
And this time, there are prizes on the line.
The top three players on the overall leaderboard will each win a signed Vuelta jersey, with the red leader's jersey, mountain jersey and points jersey all up for grabs.

La Vuelta begins on Saturday, August 22, with the race getting underway in Monaco before winding its way through France, Andorra and Spain, eventually finishing in Granada on September 13.

How does the TNT Sports Cycling Challenge work?
Your task is simple: build the best cycling team you possibly can.
You have a virtual budget of £100 million to select a squad of 16 riders, with a maximum of four riders allowed from the same real-life team.
Once you've assembled your squad, you can join a league or create your own private league to take on your friends, family or colleagues.
Before each stage, you will need to choose 12 riders to score points, while the other four stay on the bus.
You will also need to nominate one of your 12 starters as your team leader, with bonus points available if they perform well.

How does scoring work?
Riders score points according to their finishing position on each stage, with more points available for the highest finishers.

Jersey wearers
The red jersey wearer scores an additional 10 points per stage. The points, mountain and young rider jersey wearers each score an additional five points per stage.
Team leader
If your chosen team leader finishes in the top five of the stage, they earn extra bonus points:

Team-mates
Every team-mate of the stage winner receives an additional five points.
Final classifications
At the end of the Tour, additional bonus points are awarded based on the final general, points, mountains and young rider classifications.

How do transfers work?
No directeur sportif gets every decision right.
That's why you will receive three transfers on each rest day, giving you the chance to reshape your squad.
The rest days fall on:
- Monday, August 31 (after Stage 9)
- Monday, September 7 (after Stage 15)
You can make changes after Sunday's deadline until the start of Tuesday's stage.
How much do riders cost?
The biggest stars naturally come with the biggest price tags.
Will you spend a large chunk of your budget on proven winners? Or look for value elsewhere to build a more balanced squad?

There are three signed Vuelta jerseys up for grabs.
The players who finish first, second and third in the overall TNT Sports Cycling Challenge leaderboard will each win a signed jersey:
- 🥇 1st: Signed leader's red jersey
- 🥈 2nd: Signed mountains jersey
- 🥉 3rd: Signed points jersey
