The Ferrati deal fell apart after Sony-Ericsson pulled the rug out from possibly sponsoring the squad.
Cofidis manager Eric Boyer confirmed Thursday that Moreni, the 2004 Tour of Italy winner, and Sutton were the team's final two recruits for the 2006 season.
Bradley stays put
Australia's Bradley McGee, who was also linked Sony-Ericsson squad will stay at Française des Jeux in 2006.
Bradley was the first Australian on the French squad, joining the team in 1998, and he will be the last one left after teammates Baden Cooke and Matthew Wilson (Unibet.com) and Mark Renshaw (Crédit Agricole) moved on.
