Edita Rumsas, 30, has been in jail since customs police discovered a wide range of banned performance-enhancing drugs in her car on the final day of the Tour de France. Her husband, who finished third, has subsequently been suspended by his Lampre team. He's refused so far to return to France to face questioning.
Lawyers for Rumsas, mother of three, say they'll submit a new bail request before the week is out.
