Mathieu van der Poel (Alpecin-Deceuninck) will look to defend his crown against two-time winner Wout van Aert (Visma-Lease a Bike) at the E3 Saxo Classic 2025.
The pair are set to lock horns alongside other contenders, including Filippo Ganna (Ineos Grenadiers) - live on TNT Sports and discovery+.
Riders will start and finish the 208.8km route in the Kortrijk suburb of Harelbeke, in what is the 67th edition of the iconic race that has been held every year since 1958, with the exception of 2020.

Who is riding E3 Saxo Classic 2025?

Van der Poel will be looking to defend his crown after success at Milano-Sanremo, but will face tough competition.
Van Aert will be looking to recapture the title that eluded him in 2024, after winning his home race two years on the bounce in 2022 and 2023.
The Belgian has been preparing for the start of the spring campaign with altitude training in Tenerife, a "tried and tested recipe" according to Visma.
Ineos' Ganna will look to build on his second-place finish at Milano-Sanremo.
Mads Pedersen (Lidl-Trek), Stefan Kung (Groupama-FDJ) and Sam Watson (Ineos) will also be eyeing a shot at glory, while there will also be plenty of fresh faces, with approximately 25% of the peloton making their debuts in the race.
That includes Australia's Oscar Chamberlain (Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale), Briton Joe Blackmore (Israel-Premier Tech) and Neilson Powless (EF Education-EasyPost).
