Cross-Country Skiing - Therese Johaug makes it back-to-back golds

Therese Johaug claimed her second gold medal of the 2019 Nordic World Ski Championships with a dramatic victory in the women's 10km classic in Seefeld, Austria.

The 30-year-old former Olympic champion had already triumphed in the 15km pursuit before she topped the podium on Wednesday, claiming the ninth world title of her career to date.

Chased gamely by Sweden’s Frida Karlsson throughout, Johaug eventually crossed the line first in 27:02.1, with Karlsson 12.2 seconds behind in 27:14.3.
